Terms

I support the purpose of the Company and agree to be bound by the Company’s Constitution, a copy of which I have received.

I understand that I must contribute an amount not more than $10.00 (the guarantee) to the property of the Company if the Company is wound up while I am a member, or within 12 months after I stop being a member. This contribution is required to pay for the debts and liabilities of the Company incurred before I stopped being a member, or costs of winding up.

I agree to pay the applicable, advertised annual membership fee at the time of application.

I authorise the Company to place my name on its Register of Members.

"Register of Members" refers to the list of members and their basic contact details which we are required to make available to members who request it for legitimate company related purposes, such as calling a meeting of members. This is a requirement of our Constitution.
